Ordinance 19-05: A request by the City of Maricopa for review and approval of proposed text amendments to the City of Maricopa Zoning Code, specifically Sec. 504.08 Temporary Use Permits, Sec. 501.06 Hearing Officer, Table 501.11 Review Authorities, and Table 502.06 Notification Requirements, and providing for severability and the effective date thereof.
On March 11, 2019 the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve Zoning Case # TXT18-06, and adopt Ordinance 19-05.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of case # TXT18-06 subject to the conditions stated in the staff analysis exhibit(s).
