AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Reverend Marcos Velasquez has submitted a Special Event Permit Application to hold a special event known as the Annual Parish Festival on February 8, 9, and 10th 2019 at 18700 N. St. Gabriel Way.

 

Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church would like to host this event to raise money for their church building fund.  Staff has reviewed, commented and is in the process of approving their event plan.  Everything is moving forward in the planning process to ensure satisfaction and safety of all parties.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends the Mayor and City Council approve the Special Event Permit for the Annual Parish Festival on February 8, 9, and 10th 2019.
