TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on approving a purchase request issuance to Arizona Emergency Products for the equipment upfitting of six (6) 2019 Ford Interceptor marked patrol vehicles. In accordance with City of Maricopa, Purchasing Code, Article IV, Section 3-223, Cooperative Purchasing, it is recommended that the City of Chandler Cooperative Contract # PD8-055-3838 be utilized to purchase this equipment upfitting in the amount not to exceed $89,856.27. The purchase of this equipment upfitting will be funded as follows: FY2019 CIP (35022122-67742-38012) Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
This request is for equipment upfitting of six (6) 2019 Ford Interceptor marked police vehicles. In accordance with City of Maricopa, Purchasing Code, Article IV, Section 3-223, Cooperative Purchasing, it is recommended that the City of Chandler Cooperative Contract #PD8-055-3838 be utilized to purchase this equipment upfitting. This contract was competitively solicited and awarded to Arizona Emergency products effective december 1, 2017 and runs through November 30, 2020. Total amount not to exceed $89,856.27.
