TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall hear public comment(s) on re-zoning request, case number ZON18-01, a request by Mountain Trace Development, LLC to rezone 5.83 acres of land from existing zoned district Light Industrial Zone (CI-1) PAD (former Zoning Code) to General Mixed Use (MU-G), as identified in the current Zoning Code.

As required by the City's Zoning Code, the Mayor and City Council shall hear public comment(s) on the proposed re-zoning request, case number ZON18-01, a request by Mountain Trace Development, LLC to rezone 5.83 acres of land generally located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Porter Road and future Shea Boulevard alignment. Zone change from existing Light Industrial Zone (CI-1) PAD (former Zoning Code) to General Mixed Use (MU-G), as identified in the current Zoning Code.
