AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The City of Maricopa has been using Granicus Inc since 2008 as their Agenda Management Program as well as for their Boards and Committees module to allow citizens to apply for a board online. The term of this contract begins on September 27, 2018 and continues until June 30, 2019 for a prorated total of $26,509.14. The contract will automatically renew for five subsequent terms of one year each. The total from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 will be $36,578.32 and will be $38,407.23 thereafter.

Staff recommends approval of the contract.
