The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on an amendment to the Interim City Manager Employment Agreement with Trisha Sorensen to extend the term and increase the compensation amount.  Discussion and Action.

 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

 

On December 5, 2017, the City and Patricia Sorensen entered into the Interim City Manager Employment Agreement to provide certain benefits, establish certain conditions of employment, and to set the working conditions of the Interim City Manager ("Agreement").  The parties now desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term and increase the compensation for these services.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

 

 Staff recommends approval of the amendment to the Interim City Manager Employment Agreement.
