The Mayor and City Council shall hear a presentation by staff on the current development process for a typical commercial development both small scale and large scale. This is part two (2) of a two (2) part presentation on the existing development process as it relates to residential subdivisions and commercial developments. On March 20, 2018, planning staff presented the residential development process.
