TITLE

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve subdivision case # SUB 17-09, a request for re-plat of lots 102 and 103 of Rancho Mirage Estates Parcel 6. Discussion and Action.

Global Water-Santa Cruz Water Company, is requesting a re-plat for lots 102 and 103 of Rancho Mirage Estates subdivision, parcel 6, per Cabinet F, Slide 118 P.C.R., a portion of Racho Mirage Estates Phase 1, per Cabinet F, Slide 92, P.C.R. Generally located at the South Eest corner of  W. Ildefanco Ave. and N. Piccolo Dr. More specifically located in a land portion of the southwest quarter of Section 29, Township 4 South, Range 4 East, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona.  Discussion and Action.
