TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall hear a presentation from The Englewood Group, Indianapolis, Indiana, regarding multi-family housing diversity and opportunities in Maricopa.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The Englewood Group is based in Indianapolis, Indiana and has broad experience in multi-family development. To date, they have developed 74 properties across the nation and specifically, fifteen (15) properties (902 units) in Arizona. Englewood also has experience working with Arizona Department of Housing.
During the Housing Needs Assessment Study early this year, Englewood Group participated actively in the City’s public outreach program and expressed interest to develop multi-family housing in Maricopa.
