As required by the City’s Abandonment application procedures, the Mayor and City Council shall hear public comment(s) on a request by 45030 LLC, a request to abandon a portion of McDavid Rd and Wilson Ave, located on the north side of Edwards Ave. adjacent to the property located at 45030 W. Edwards Ave., within the incorporated limits of the City of Maricopa.
