TITLE

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

This Addendum to Job Order Contract and associated fees will provide for design and construction services for improvements to the Copper Sky Multi-Generational Center. This project will provide more fitness floor space on the second floor of the Copper Sky Multi-Generational Center by filling in the existing oculus with new structure, concrete slab and fitness flooring.

 

The City of Peoria currently has a Job Order Contract with CORE Construction to provide general design and construction services, and staff intends to use the cooperative purchasing terms of this contract for the improvements to the Copper Sky Multi-Generational Center.

City Manager recommends approval of the Addendum to Job Order Contract with CORE Construction to provide general design and construction services for improvements to the Copper Sky Multi-Generational Center.
