Greg Swartz, Piper Jaffray, will provide the Mayor and Council with a presentation and briefing on the financial analysis that was conducted to determine the value of Global Water's assets as a part of negotiations for the acquisition of the utility.

City Manager, Gregory Rose recommends the Mayor and City Council hear the presentation and briefing from Greg Swartz, Piper Jaffray, regarding Utility Acquisition and authorize the conclusion of the negotiations.
