TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on approval of a contract with TD Industries, Inc. in a total amount not to exceed $225,000 for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services in City-owned facilities. This includes $68,492.88 for the preventive maintenance contract plus an amount not to exceed $156,507.12 for unexpected HVAC repairs. This contract is based on The Cooperative Purchasing Network (TCPN) Contract No. R150501, is in compliance with City of Maricopa Purchasing Code Article IV Section 3-223 “Cooperative Purchasing” and will be funded by the Community Services, Fire, and Public Works departments. AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
This contract is for HVAC preventive maintenance services in City-owned facilities. Funding for the preventive maintenance contract will be divided among three departments: $21,845.60 by Community Services (for Copper Sky); $35,834.16 by Public Works (for City Hall, Maricopa Public Library, PD Sub-Station and PD); and $10,813.12 by Fire (for Fire Stations 571, 572, 574, and 575). Additional funding not to exceed $156,507.12 will be determined at the time unexpected repairs are needed.
