AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The State of Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control requires that an Application for Special Event License be approved by local government before submission to their office.  In preparation for the the Great American 4th event that is planned for July 4, 2017, at Copper Sky Regional Park , Native Grill & Wings has submitted an application for Councils' consideration in recommending approval for the special event liquor license. This is the thirteenth year in holding this event.  Everything is moving forward in the planning process to ensure satisfaction and safety of all parties.  This item will be presented by Kristie Riester, Community Services Director

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends the Mayor and City Council consider the approval to the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control for a Special Event Liquor License for the the Great American 4th on July 4, 2017.
