AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Per the City Council approved FY16 -17 budget and related Work Plan 2016-17, the Housing Needs Assessment was on the list of work the Development Services Department was directed to implement.

Ms. Rebecca will provide an update on the progress made since work began on the Housing Needs Assessment Study early February, 2017.

This is for information only and no action is required at this time. However, staff and consultant  appreciates any comments the Council may have for the Housing Needs Assessment Study.
