As required by the City’s Abandonment application procedures, the Mayor and City Council shall hear public comment(s) on a request by Maricopa Domestic Water to abandon King Street and an attached 16-foot-wide alley, located on the north side of Garvey Avenue, south of the County court building, and east of the Wilson Road alignment, within the incorporated limits of the City of Maricopa.
This item will be presented by Public Works Director/City Engineer William P. Fay.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council hold the public hearing to receive public comments on case number 20160810, a request by Maricopa Domestic Water to abandon King Street and an attached 16-foot-wide alley.
