AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve the Ordinance associated with a request by Christy Hashisaki of Tortosa Northwest Homeowners Association to amend the city's zoning map to include Privately Owned Open Space (OS-POS) within the Tortosa PAD at Parcel 4 Park Site, a portion of parcel number 502-56-764B, generally located at the northeast corner of Honeycutt Road and Costa Del Sol Boulevard. DISCUSSION AND ACTION.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

On January 9, the Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously recommended that the City Council approve Zoning Case # ZON14-01, and adopt related Ordinance, subject to the conditions of approval within the ZON14-01 Staff Analysis Exhibit.
