TITLE

The Mayor and City Council shall hear public comment(s) on re-zoning case number ZON16-02, a request by Electrical District #3 (ED#3) to rezone 2.45 acres of land from existing zoned district General Rural(GR) to General Industrial (GI) as identified within the current zoning code. 

 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

As required by the City's Zoning Code, the Mayor and City Council shall hear public comment(s) on the proposed re-zoning request, case number ZON16-02, a request by ED#3 to rezone 2.45 acres of land located generally west of the south east corner of Hartman and Bowlin Road, more specifically, assessor parcel number 502-03-015J. The zone change request is from existing General Rural - GR (Previous Zoning Code) to General Industrial - GI, as identified within the current Zoning Code.

 

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council hold the public hearing to receive public comments on the proposed re-zoning request case number ZON16-02.
