TITLE

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The Copper Sky Police Substation includes the construction of a new 8,150 square feet building and site improvements to provide for 911 Communications and Emergency Operations Center, and evidence processing/storage for the Maricopa Police Department. The site is located directly north of the Copper Sky Recreation Complex at the southeast corner of Bowlin Road and Greythorn Drive.
