AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

On January 20, 2015 the Maricopa City Council approved a 2015 Legislative Platform which includes both State and Federal issues. With the conclusion of the 52^nd Arizona Legislative Session, staff would like to present Council with a Legislative wrap up based on the legislation impact to the City of Maricopa.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends Council receive this presentation. Questions are welcome, no action is required.
