This request follows up with case #SUB14-04 the abandonment of the common lot lines of 41, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72, and 73, and creating new lot number 68A. This resolution is a grant and acceptance of Easements within lot number 68Aof the Amended Maricopa Manor plat subdivision, recorded in book 8, page 27, records for Pinal County. It is located in a portion of the southeast quarter of Section 21, Township 4 South, Range 3 East, of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, Pinal County, City of Maricopa, Arizona.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the Resolution 15-21 regarding the acceptance of easements within lot number 68A of the Amended Maricopa Manor Subdivision.
