TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on appointing one citizen to fill the vacancy on the Industrial Development Authority Board. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
On January 1, 2012, staff received a letter of resignation from Cecilia Estrada-Ashe therefore creating a vacancy on the Board. Staff began recruiting immediately after receiving the letter of resignation. Staff since then received one application from Mr. Kenneth Hunsaker.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Mayor and City Council appoint one citizen to fill the vacancy on the Industrial Development Authority Board.
