TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall consider and may take action to enter into an Option and Land Lease Agreement with Gila River Partnership for a wireless antenna on City owned property at Pacana Pack located at 18800 N. Porter Road. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
On September 18, 2012 Council approved contract 12-067 with Verizon Wireless, LLC for an Option and Land Lease Agreement for a wireless antenna on City owned property at Pacana Park.  At the request of Verizon Wireless, LLC they would like the name of the lessee to be changed to Gila River Partnership.  All other terms and conditions of the prior agreement remain in place. While approved by Council, the prior agreement was not fully executed.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends entering into the Option and Land Lease Agreement with Gila River Partnership.
