TITLE

An Ordinance of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa, Arizona, amending the zoning map as described in Zoning Case ZON25-02 for the Zzeek's Rezone which is approximately 2.93-acres generally situated east of the southeast corner of N. AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

A request by the City of Maricopa to rezone two parcels of land, totaling ±2.93-acres, from the county General Business (CB-2) zoning district to the municipal General Commercial (GC) zoning district, located appr0ximately 0.25-0.3-miles east of N. Porter Rd on the south side W. Honeycutt Rd.

 

On February 24, 2025 the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve Zoning Case #ZON25-02.
