AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Staff is providing a review of the new proposed Facility Rental Policy and Facility Rental Fees discussed at the July 25, 2023 work session. Based on A.R.S. 9-499.15, fees will need to be posted publicly for 60 days prior to council approval. If no major changes are discussed, fees will be posted no later than the week of September 25, 2023 and the policy and fee schedule will be brought back to Council for approval at the December 5, 2023 meeting.

This item will be presented by Assistant City Manager Jennifer Brown.
