TITLE

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to approve Ordinance 25-05. A request by the Rose Law Group, on behalf of APEX Private Motor Sports Group, LLC to rezone approximately 263 acres of land from Pinal County Industrial (CI-2) to Planned Area Development (PAD). the property is generally located at the northwest corner of N. Ralston Road and State Route 238.

 

On June 9, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended that the City Council approve Zoning Case # PAD24-07, and adopt Ordinance 25-05

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

 

The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of Case # PAD24-07, subject to the Conditions of Approval contained in Exhibit B.
