The Alcohol & Drug Testing Program, Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) policy must be adopted by the governing body to comply with Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 49 § 655.15: Transportation.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Mayor and City Council adopt the FMCSA and FTA Administrative Policy.
