TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action to ratify the Purchase and Sale Agreement and Escrow Instructions with James A. Smith and Diana D. Smith, as Co-Trustees of The JD Smith Living Trust dated June 5, 2013, and Matthew B. Smith and Elena N. Smith, as Co-Trustees of The Matthew and Elena Smith Family Trust dated July 12, 2012, related to the sale of approximately 193.9 acres of real property generally located at the northwest corner of W. Steen Road and N. White and Parker Road, Maricopa, Pinal County, Arizona, Assessors Parcel No. 510-49-003A and a portion of 510-49-003C for $$16,948,000.00 and authorizing the City Manager to execute any future amendments to extend the Closing as he deems necessary and any closing documents related thereto.
