White and Parker Road, Maricopa, Pinal County, Arizona, Assessors Parcel No. 510-49-003A and a portion of 510-49-003C for $$16,948,000.00 and authorizing the City Manager to execute any future amendments to extend the Closing as he deems necessary and any closing documents related thereto.
