TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on approving the Third Amendment to the existing contract with DWA Construction Company, LLC for various concrete repairs throughout the city, extending the term to June 30, 2017. No additional funding is being requested. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The Second Amendment to the contract with DWA Construction Company, LLC was approved by Council on June 21. At that time, additional funding for this fiscal year was approved; however, the contract expires in December, 2016. The Third Amendment will extend the term of the contract until June 30, 2017. No additional funding is being requested with this Third Amendment.
