TITLE

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve the Second Amendment to Professional Services Contract with AllStaff for CIP Project Management hourly services in an amount not to exceed $97,000 for Fiscal Year 2016-2017.  Discussion and Action.

 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

On February 3, 2015, Council approved a contract with AllStaff for an experienced, quality project manager that is familiar with the types of projects in the City's capital program and will provide detailed attention to project needs and the needs of the City.  On March 1, 2016, Council approved an amendment to the contract, extending it to the end of the fiscal year by increasing the not to exceed compensation to $124,000.  The contract project manager, Ross Renner, has provided exemplary service and staff would like to renew his contract for FY16/17.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends the Mayor and City Council approve a Professional Services Contract with AllStaff for CIP Project Management hourly services in an amount not to exceed $97,000 for Fiscal Year 2016-2017.
