TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on reappointing Ken Hunt and Trammel Sanhadja to the Merit Board. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
According to the City's Personnel Policies and Procedures, the Merit Board consists of three members serving three year staggered terms. The terms for members Trammel Sanhadja and Ken Hunt expired on December 4, 2013 and they are seeking reappointment. The Board also has a vacancy which we have been recruiting for since October of 2013. To date, we have not had any applicants for this vacant seat.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that Trammel Sanhadja and Ken Hunt be reappointed to the Merit Board.
