STAFF RECOMMENDATION

 

Staff recommends Planning Commission approve TXT24-02, a text amendment to Section 18.80.030, Animal Keeping, Section 18.140.040, Review of Applications, and to add Section 18.120.290, Charitable Donation Containers, of the Maricopa City Code, as contained in Exhibits A-F, and contained in the Planning Commission Staff Report dated September 12, 2024.
