The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action on approving the updated Subrecipient Agreement with Pinal County for FY2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funding to construct roadway improvements on Wilson Ave between Hathaway Ave and Madison Ave. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
On February 6th, 2024, the Mayor and City Council approved a Joint Agreement with Pinal County for the distribution of CDBG Funds and the CDBG Entitlement Program. This agreement is updated to reflect the new project timeline and completion, and the previous estimated range of $222,826.00 to $278,532.00 to the actual amount of $264,612 awarded for the proposed construction of roadway improvements on Wilson Ave between Hathaway Ave and Madison Ave. The project includes curb, gutter, sidewalks, and drainage improvements. The City of Maricopa is expected to receive a total of $264,612 in CDBG funds that will be used for Heritage District Roadway Improvements. Discussion and Action.
