Final Plat Amendment (SUB) 25-12: EPS Group for Lennar, on behalf of Millrose Properties Arizona, LLC is requesting final plat amendment approval for Anderson Farms Phase 2, a replat of Anderson Farms Phase 2, as recorded, Official Records of Pinal County, Fee No. 2024-093279, being a portion of Section 33, Township 04 South, Range 04 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. generally bounded by W. Bowlin Rd., N. Murphy Rd., W. Farrell Rd., and N. Hartman Rd.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
