AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Starbucks Coffee is requesting approval of a new license application for their restaurant which is located at 21423 N. John Wayne Parkway. The application that was submitted to the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control is attached. The application was reviewed by the Maricopa Police Department. They had no concerns with the application.

 

The City Council is only recommending approval of the application to the State. Final approval will be given by the State at a later time.

 

This item will be presented by City Clerk Vanessa Bueras.

Staff recommends the approval of the application as requested by the applicant.
