AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Roots Eatery is requesting approval of an extension of premise permit to their existing liquor license.  The request is for a permanent change of the area of service by expanding to a portion of the landscaped area in front of their current location. A revised floor plan clearly depicting the requested change to the premise is attached as part of the application. 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends the approval of the permanent extension of premise as requested by the applicant.
