AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Final Plat Amendment (SUB) 25-11: Atwell, LLC on behalf of Forestar, is requesting final plat amendment approval for Moonlight Parcel A, a replat of Moonlight Parcel A, as recorded, Official Records of Pinal County, Fee No. 2023-070056, being a portion of Section 17, Township 04 South, Range 03 East of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Pinal County, Arizona. This replat proposal seeks to add fourteen (14) new lots that were pending LOMR approval.  Two (2) lots added to Tract A-A, two (2) lots added to Tract A-J, and ten (10) lots added to Tract A-L. Discussion and Action.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends approval of the final plat amendment application SUB25-11, Re-plat of Moonlight Parcel A, subject to the conditions of approval in the staff report.
