TITLE
A Resolution of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa, Arizona, authorizing the imposition and collection of fees for licensing Massage Establishments, Off Track Betting and Tattoo and/or Body Piercing and amending the Special Business License Fee Schedule. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
During the December 16 City Council Work Session, staff requested Mayor and City Council direction regarding proposed business regulations, licensing procedures and fees for Massage Establishments, Off Track Betting and Tattoo and/or Body Piercing. City Council directed staff to provide public notice of the proposed fees, in accordance with A.R.S. Section 9-499.15, and City Code amendments for possible consideration of adoption at a future City Council meeting.
Staff is now requesting that the Mayor and City Council consider the proposed regulations, licensing procedures and fees for adoption.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa, Arizona approve the Resolution authorizing the imposition and collection of fees for licensing Massage Establishments, Off Track Betting and Tattoo and/or Body Piercing and amending the Special Business License Fee Schedule.
