TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall hear a presentation from Community Services Director Kristie Riester on Meeting Room Guidelines at Copper Sky.

Staff is requesting discussion and guidance on the following:
Should private, free use of meeting space be available for Seniors
Frequency of allowing businesses to lease rooms
Should there be a different room rental rate established for businesses
Staff has prepared a draft Copper Sky Meeting Room Guidelines for discussion and comment.
