TITLE

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on approving a Development, Operating and Maintenance Lease Agreement with PHX Surf, LLC for approximately 12 acres generally located at the southwest corner of SR 238 and N. Loma Road. Discussion and Action.  

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The City owns land generally located on the southwest corner of W. Smith Enke Road and N. Loma Road. The City finds that the public interest will be benefited by leasing a portion of Property to PHX Surf, LLC for the construction, operation and maintenance of first-class surf facility along with related amenities.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends that City Council approve the Lease Agreement with PHX Surf, LLC
