TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action to approve water and sewer easement agreements with Global Water Resources for the City Complex project. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The new City Complex project will require the installation of public water and sewer mains. Public mains are owned and maintained by Global Water and therefore are required to be located within public right of way or a private easement. There are a few instances in the design of the City Complex where the main lines are outside of the public right of way for various reasons (see the exhibits to the easement agreement for the exact locations). These easement agreements are required for the main lines to be considered public and maintained by Global Water.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the water and sewer easement agreements with Global Water Resources for the City Complex project.
