TITLE

The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on approval of Planned Area Development (PAD) 15-04 Homestead North Major Amendment.  Discussion and Action.

 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

The City of Maricopa is requesting review and approval of the proposed Planned Area Development (PAD) 15-04 Homestead North Major Amendment:  A request by Shane Graser, representing Starwood Land Ventures, to amend the existing PAD of Homestead North Parcels 15, 16, 18, and 19 to increase the total number of lots by 113 lots, enhance street sections, and incorporate additional residential design standards.

 

PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISISON RECOMMENDATION

Planning and Zoning Commisison recommends that the Mayor and Council approve Planned Area Development (PAD) 15-04 Homestead North Major Amendment.
