AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

A request by City of Maricopa for approval of a Map of Dedication, dedicating to the City of Maricopa, the necessary right-of-way, utility easements, and drainage features for a collector road extension of N. Maricopa Rd. The property is generally located south of the cul-de-sac dead end of N. Maricopa Rd. and N. John Wayne Pkwy.
