Gerald Shay DeVerse, owner of O'Shays Pub & Grill, has submitted a Special Event Permit Application to hold a special event known as St. Patty's Day on Friday, March 16, 2012 thru Saturday, March 17, 2012 at O'Shays Pub & Grill at 20800 W. John Wayne Parkway.
 
As a new business in our community, this is the first year in holding this celebration.  Staff has reviewed, commented and met with the applicant regarding their event plan. Everything is moving forward in the planning process to ensure satisfaction and safety of all parties.
 
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Mayor and City Council approve the Special Event Permit for the St. Patty's Day event on Friday, March 16, 2012 thru Saturday, March 17, 2012.
