TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and take action on recommending approval to the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control regarding an application for a Series 9 liquor license submitted by applicant Maria Danielle Burgess on behalf of Circle K Store #9609 located at 42150 W. Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway, Maricopa, AZ 85138. Discussion and Action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
Circle K is requesting approval of a Series 9, Liquor Store, license application for their facility which is located at 42150 W. Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway, Maricopa, AZ 85138. The application that was submitted to the Department of Liquor Licenses and Control is attached. The City Council previously recommended approval of their Series 10, Beer and Wine Store, on December 2, 2025.
The City Council is only recommending approval of the application to the State. Final approval will be given by the State.
