TITLE
The Mayor and City Council will hear a presentation from Rounds Consulting Group (RGC) on the final draft version of the Office of Economic Opportunity's (OEO) strategic plan. Discussion only.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The original draft strategic plan was presented to and heard by the Mayor and City Council on 11/4/2025 as item PRES 25-20. It has since been updated through additional research gathered by RGC and from staff's review and comments, and will now be presented in its final draft form. The following are the recommendations developed and proposed by RCG:

4. In-Person Economic Development Outreach

6. Tracking Economic Competitiveness
