Discussion and Action.

 

AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION

Subdivision Final Plat (SUB) 23-19: the City of Maricopa, on behalf of Desert Cedars Equities, LLC, is requesting final plat approval for the “Final Plat Southbridge Marketplace South" a request for final plat approval to subdivide +/- 27.12 acres of land into seven (7) Lots and one (1) right-of-way Tract. The proposed development is generally located at the northeast corner of W. Desert Cedars Dr. and N. John Wayne Pkwy., within the City of Maricopa incorporated limits.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Staff recommends approval of the final plat subdivision application SUB23-19, Final Plat Southbridge Marketplace South, subject to the conditions of approval stated in the staff report.
