The Planning and Zoning Commission shall discuss and take action on a request by the City of Maricopa to approve a Zoning Map Amendment on ±2.1 acres to rezone the subject properties from the county Transitional (TR) zoning district to the municipal General Mixed-Use (MU-G) zoning district.
