TITLE
The Mayor and City Council shall discuss and possibly take action on approval of Site Plan Review Case #SPR12-05, Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. Discussion and action.
AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
Applicant Liturgical Environs requests Council's review and approval of the site plan, landscape, photometric, and elevation plans for the proposed Catholic church. The proposed development includes one Church building, one Administration building, one Rectory building, one Social Services building, and one Social Hall Education Building. The site is located south of Cowpath Road, east of Whisker Road alignment, west of Gunsmoke Road alignment and north of Parcel #1 of the Desert Passage Community.
On June 11, 2012 a motion was made by Planning and Zoning Commissioner Viser to approve the Site Plan Review Case #SPR12-05 subject to the conditions recommended by the Commission, and was seconded by Vice Chair Wade. Voice vote carried the motion unanimously, 5-0.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Mayor and Council consider the application for a Site Plan Review Case #SPR12-05 for the proposed development of a Catholic Church.
