AGENDA ITEM DESCRIPTION
The Mayor and City Council approved Resolution 14-42 and the first amendment to the development agreement between the City of Maricopa and Property Reserve, Inc. on September 16. After the action, the owner of the property notified City staff that the owner listed in the agreement was incorrect and should be Property Reserve Arizona, LLC. Staff checked property records and verified this was the case. The revised first amendment to the development agreement has been amended with the correct property owner designation.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Mayor and City Council approve amending Resolution 14-42 and approving and adopting the first amendment to the development agreement between the City of Maricopa and Property Reserve Arizona, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company in compliance with A.R.S. §9-500.
